Sovic Clan: Vegas Preview!!

A few friends from WAY back in the day, and myself, decided to do a Girl's Trip to Vegas. We all turn 30 within a month of each other, and we each have unique friendships with each other from different times in our lives. We all go back starting in Elem, and until the present. We may have not been in each other's lives all the time throughout the years, but there is a friendship that has stayed the same between all of us. It's as if we talk everyday! Super fabulous girls, I must say:) So our families/hubby's/work were so great to let us take off for a 4 day road trip!

Mindi was our ever so fabulous driver! Crazy girl drove all the way down without letting us give her a break! We had a great time lounging at the pool, getting dressed up and going to dinner, and shopping! I had such an amazing time with the girls, and really enjoyed our 2 A.M. chats. Mindi won big with a $250.00 pay out the night before we came home! What a way to go out!! I love my girls and all the memories we made and I hope we will continue to make many more!

Oakley-"Hi. My name is Oakley Sovic and I was born to be a fashion model!"
Oakley-"Mom. Did you know that when you are sick you have melted poop?"
While at the Festival Of Trees, my mother says she is going to grab some toffee. Oakley looks at me all worried and says"Does Grandma drink Coffee?"
Me-"Oakley. Do you want to go on a daddy daughter date with dad?" Oakley-"Ya! To the Jazz Game!" Me-"Really?" Oakley-"Ya, cuz I'm cool like that!"
Me to Taylor"You did so good at your softball game! How did you get so good?" Tay-"Pretty much I am Derron Williams out there!" Me-'Nice Tay...wrong sport!"
Matt to Parker-"So I am going to be your Assistant Coach for Jr. Jazz and I get to go to the Jazz game with you." Parker to Matt-"At least it isn't mom going with to a boys game!"
Oakley" Mom, always follow your heart. And if your boyfriend breaks up with you, then follow him and say nice things"
Me"Go put your pajama's on!!!" Oakley" Why?" Me"Because!!!" Oakley " But Mom! There has to be a reason!!!"
Taylor" Mommy, you are the prettiest mommy ever." Pause..."can we put up the tent in the living room?"
Parker " Let's never go camping again unless Dad is with us" as I make him help me take down the tent.
Oakley "Mommy, my sunburn would feel alot better if daddy came home". ( While Matt is in England)

Parker while staying home from school because he is sick"Hey mom! I can do some chores it you want". He must not be THAT sick:)

Oakley: "I need Daddy every hour" (while singing I need thee every hour at church)
